The Table

A lot of the useful thinking about agents is happening in one-on-one conversations, not on a stage. The Table is where I try to get some of those people into the same room.

It is a small, in-person circle in Pittsburgh for people working seriously with AI agents, whether you are building with them or putting them to work inside a business. Coffee, a table, the occasional larger room. No badges, no pitch, no deck.

The premise is simple. Most people figuring this out in practice are doing it alone, and the fastest way to get better is to compare notes with someone a step ahead of you, or a step to the side. So the format stays deliberately low: a real conversation about what is actually working, what broke, and what you would not do again.

Who it’s for

#

Founders and operators using agents in the actual work. Engineers and technical leads directing them day to day. People inside a company trying to make this real without the hype. If you are seriously in it, you belong at the table. If you are here to sell to the room, you are in the wrong seat.

How it works

#

Mostly coffee, one on one or in small groups, with a larger table when a topic earns one. When I learn something worth passing on, I write it up as a field note, always with the other person’s blessing and never a hot take on a neighbor’s work. Generous by default.

Come sit down

The easiest way in is to reach out and say what you are working on. Message me on LinkedIn and we will find a coffee.
